1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ResuPress by JargonIsEasy (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

ResuPress provides a client-side web application for formatting and exporting ATS-friendly resumes. The Service is provided "as is" and relies on local browser capabilities to render and generate PDF documents.

3. User Responsibility

Because the Service operates entirely within your browser (local-first), you are solely responsible for backing up your resume data (via the JSON export feature). JargonIsEasy is not liable for data loss due to clearing browser cache, changing devices, or browser errors.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JargonIsEasy makes no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that resumes generated will result in employment or successfully pass all third-party Applicant Tracking Systems.
